TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES

The customer should be aware that all products apply on your vehicle are a sacrificing layer to protect the vehicle’s original materials.

The company (Vquantum Sdn. Bhd.) undertakes to exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual vehicle. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to alcantara, canvas, leather, rubber coating & suede. Leather & suede materials are susceptible to hazards inherent by the fact that it is derived from animals.

Customers are to be advised that the company will not be responsible for any one of the following mentioned conditions:

  • Bird droppings & tree sap causing discoloration to body panel, due to exposure of UV 
  • Faded leather skins may remain as it is after color correction. 
  • Slight changes in top finish may occur after color correction on any material
  • Breaks and skin lines are difficult to improve 
  • Unevenly matched skins are common and may show under different lightings.
  • Heavily soiled linings are difficult to clean satisfactorily 
  • Material wear & tear will be reviewed after a period of time 
  • Shrinkage of leather, suede and nubuck is unpredictable 
  • Holes or tears due to canvas degradation 
  • Badly faded, discoloured, heavily soiled, worn(condition), colour transfer, out of shape(shrinkage), cracks, peel, colour loss due to extensive usage.
  • Overly deep swirl marks & marring will not be improved.
  • Cracking or braking of brittle materials

                    

  1. Stains can be removed upon customer’s request and will be done at his/her risks.
  2. Total removal of stains is not guaranteed.
  3. The Company cannot be held responsible for loss of belongings, ornaments or anything left in pockets or any part of the vehicle.
  4. Customers must inspect all articles upon collection. Any complaints shall be made known at the time of collection as company shall not be responsible for subsequent complaint/s made after the customer leave the premise.
  5. The company’s liability with respect to any loss or damage to article(s) shall not exceed two times the amount of the charged services or more than RM 1000 for processing it. 
  6. The company reserves the rights to refuse services to any customer or vehicle.
  7. The company reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. 
  8. The products that the Supplier uses in the course of our business are specifically designed for use on Vehicles. The Supplier shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to the Customer’s Vehicle through the use of these products. The Supplier’s staff take every care when using these products.
  1. The company reserves the rights to refuse services to any customer.
  2. The company reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

For all Paint Protection Film, Coating, Tinting & Vinyl:

  1. We shall offer a warranty (from the date of purchase) (“Warranty Term”) on paint protection film(“PPF”), tinting film, vinyl film & coating solutions, that has been manufactured and installed by the Supplier’s team of certified installers. The warranty will cover the vehicle’s material that is protected by our film or coating against yellowing, crackling or lifting of the surface of the Customer’s Vehicle for the Warranty Term. 
  2. The warranty shall not cover damage to films caused by; accidents or collisions, intentional misuse or ordinary wear, dents and chips to the protected surface, or film caused by impact of rocks or other debris, lifting of car paint from repainted surfaces.

If the PPF or coating is found to be damaged and upon the Supplier’s inspection of the damaged PPF and determination that such damage falls within the scope of the warranty, the Supplier shall arrange for the PPF or coating to be replaced at no cost within sixty (60) days at the Premises.

  1. In the event the Supplier is unable to replace the warranted product due to its discontinuation or unavailability, the Supplier agrees to replace the product with a comparable product or shall reimburse the Customer with the purchase cost as indicated on your proof of purchase, and at our sole discretion.
  1. All films and coating is resilient to certain industry standard automotive car care products. However, some harsh chemical cleaners may harm the products. In such circumstances, any damage would not be covered under the warranty.

We will not be responsible for any damages occurred, when left over 30 days after the confirmed delivery date or for the loss of your receipt.
